The 2025 Jan Tinbergen European Peace Science Conference will be held at the University of Barcelona on June 16-18, 2025.
The NEPS Lecture will be given by Lisa Hultman, Uppsala University.
Financial support provided by The International Catalan Institute For Peace.
The Jan Tinbergen European Peace Science Conference hosts presentations that address any issue relating to peace and security broadly defined. As ever, we strive for a multi-disciplinary program comprising contributions with a wide range of theoretical and methodological approaches, including strictly theoretical work, game theory and formal modeling, statistical and econometric analysis, qualitative studies, and experiments. Abstracts are submitted online through our portal (link below). Please note that we do not accept multiple submissions by the same applicant.
Programs and lists of participants of previous editions are available below.
Please note that PhD students are eligible for the Stuart A. Bremer Award. Eligible papers cannot be co-authored with a senior researcher. The winner is rewarded with a bursary to attend the conference of the Peace Science Society (International).
